叶家祥，笔名龙山，男，汉族。1948年出生于广东省龙川县。毕业于中国书画函授大学，受教于欧阳中石，是中国书画现当代艺术流派（实力派）宗师人物，国际名人百科会员，中国书画三大家，人民功勋艺术家，国际注册世界级艺术大师，世界艺术大使，世界艺术教育家。2010年12月当选为世界华人艺术领袖。担任世界教科组织联合协会副主席（任职8年），世界教科文卫组织艺术委员会执行委员，世界书画联盟委员会委员，中国书法美术家协会名誉主席，中华书法家协会副主席，中国国宾礼特许文化大使，中国诗书画出版社社长，联合国和平书画院院士。2013年入编《世界教科全书》（艺术卷），并选用本人作品封面，2015年入编《人民艺术三大家》和《中国书画现当代艺术流派宗师大观》，2016年入编《中国一线艺术家》润格参考册和《中国书画三大家》。

2010年荣获中华人民共和国文化部第七届中国文化艺术政府奖“文华奖”最佳创作奖：2011年荣获联合国教科组织“人类杰出贡献奖”，并授予“世界艺术大师”荣誉称号：2015年作品在联合国展出。2012年荣获“国宝级艺术家”荣誉称号，将本人代表作品编入【国宝档案】。

2016年9月大陆高级参访团拜会马英九，连战时，选用本人墨宝《两岸一家亲》传递两岸深情。

2016年12月，联合国秘书长换届时。五个大国分别送一份国礼给潘基文。中国由联合国华人友好协会选用本人墨宝（上善若水）作为最大国礼。

2019年本人书法作品定制在国礼玉扣上，作为2019年“奥巴马总统之约访学团暨中美建交40周年合作论坛”指定国礼。

2019年本人书法作品作为庆祝建国七十周年指定国礼。

2019年欧阳中石老师为学生题书：《一代天骄书圣》赠予本人。

2023年荣获第95届奥斯卡终身艺术成就金奖和中国国粹（书法）四大天王荣誉称号。

Ye Jiaxiang, pen name Longshan, male, Han ethnicity. Born in 1948 in Longchuan County, Guangdong Province. Graduated from China Correspondence University of Calligraphy and Painting, studied under Ouyang Zhongshi, is a master figure of the modern and contemporary Chinese calligraphy and painting art school (the Power School), a member of the International Celebrity Encyclopedia, one of the Three Great Masters of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, a People’s Meritorious Artist, an internationally registered world-class art master, a world art ambassador, and a world art educator. In December 2010, he was elected as the World Chinese Art Leader. He served as Vice Chairman of the World Education and Science Organization Joint Association (for 8 years), Executive Committee Member of the World Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports Organization Art Committee, Committee Member of the World Calligraphy and Painting Alliance, Honorary Chairman of the China Calligraphers and Artists Association, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, China State Guest Cultural Ambassador, President of the China Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Publishing House, and a member of the United Nations Peace Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In 2013, he was included in the "World Encyclopedia of Education" (Art Volume), with his works featured on the cover. In 2015, he was included in the "Three Great Masters of People’s Art" and "Grand View of Masters of Modern and Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Schools." In 2016, he was included in the "China Frontline Artists" fee reference book and "Three Great Masters of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting."

In 2010, he was awarded the Best Creation Award of the 7th China Cultural and Art Government Award "Wenhua Award" by the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China. In 2011, he was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution to Humanity Award" by UNESCO and conferred the honorary title of "World Art Master". In 2015, his works were exhibited at the United Nations. In 2012, he was honored with the title of "National Treasure Artist" and his representative works were included in the [National Treasure Archive].

In September 2016, a senior delegation from the Chinese mainland met with Ma Ying-jeou and Lien Chan, presenting their calligraphy work ’One Family Across the Straits’ to convey the deep familial bond between the two sides.

In December 2016, during the UN Secretary-General’s term change, the five major powers each presented a state gift to Ban Ki-moon. China selected my calligraphy (Shangshan Ruoshui) as the largest state gift by the United Nations Chinese Friendship Association.

In 2019, my calligraphy works were customized on the national gift jade button, which was designated as the national gift for the "Obama Presidential Study Tour and the Cooperation Forum on the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and the United States".

In 2019, my calligraphy works were designated as national gifts to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

In 2019, Ouyang Zhongshi inscribed a book for his students: "The Book Saint of a Generation of Heavenly Heroes", which was gifted to me.

In 2023, he was awarded the 95th Academy Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Arts and the honorary title of the Four Heavenly Kings of Chinese national art (calligraphy).
